2. How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries, scope pilots, provide demos, and operate managed AI workflows.
• To draft call summaries, lead follow-ups, reports, knowledge-base updates, and approval packets when those workflows are approved.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, debug issues, measure product performance, and improve JK Automations services.

3. AI-Assisted Processing

JK Automations may use AI-assisted tools to summarize, classify, draft, and recommend operational next steps. AI outputs are review aids only and are not legal, medical, financial, tax, clinical, or compliance advice. Human approval is required for sensitive, outbound, billing, routing, account, or destructive actions.

• We do not sell personal information.
• We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, databases, email/SMS/voice, analytics, AI processing, support, and security only to operate and improve the service.
• We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights/security, or with your direction in an approved client workflow.

5. Retention, Correction, and Deletion

• Inquiry and pilot data is retained while we evaluate or provide services, or as needed for business, security, legal, and audit records.
• Client workspace retention and deletion rules should be confirmed in the client agreement and production security review.
• You can request correction or deletion by contacting JK Automations; some records may be retained where required for security, legal, billing, or audit purposes.

6. Security

We use reasonable MVP safeguards, including HTTPS hosting, access controls where applicable, server-side secret handling, rate-limit planning, request validation, and safe logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit highly sensitive or regulated data through public forms unless a production storage process has been explicitly approved.
