What this is

A short qualification form for med spas. We use it to understand where consults get missed, where front desk workload piles up, and which workflows are worth automating first.

What this is not

A commitment, a blanket promise, or a recommendation to automate everything.

What we review

  • Missed-call capture and consult booking handoff
  • Reminders, reschedules, waitlist fill, and deposit workflows
  • Post-visit follow-up, review requests, and front desk workload handoffs
  • Where automation could help — and where human staff should stay primary

What happens after submission

A human reviews the submission. If there is a strong fit, we follow up with an audit summary and a recommended pilot workflow. If a live scheduling handoff makes sense, we can share availability in the follow-up.

How we approach med spa automation

  • We don't automate everything
  • We do not replace your front desk for sensitive or complex conversations
  • We don't build fragile systems without visibility and fallback paths
  • We don't move forward without clear consent and workflow ownership

Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a workflow?

One automated job with a clear trigger and result — like 'missed call gets a text back' or 'new lead lands in your CRM and gets a follow-up sequence.' Ready-made workflows use one slot; bigger custom builds are quoted separately.

What's an automation action?

One completed step — one text sent, one record updated, one notification fired. We map exactly how actions are counted for your tools before you sign anything.

What's a connected app?

One of your business accounts (CRM, calendar, phone, accounting) securely linked in. Your plan includes several; adding more is a one-time setup charge, never a monthly toll.

What happens if I hit a limit?

You get an alert at 70% and again at 90%. Nothing extra is ever billed without your approval — you choose to add a block or let it pause. No surprise metering, ever.

What's a change request?

A small adjustment — a new notification, a tweaked message, changed routing. Your plan includes two each month; bigger or extra changes get a simple quote first, and nothing is ever billed without your approval.

What's the difference between a creative draft and a finished creative?

A draft is a concept for review — a script, storyboard, or rough image or cut — so you can pick directions cheaply. A finished creative is the approved, quality-checked export, formatted and ready to run on your ad channel. Managed Growth includes 8 drafts and 3 finished creatives a month; extra finished exports are quoted.

Is there a contract?

90-day initial term — your setup investment needs time to pay off — then month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

Do you guarantee results?

No — and be wary of anyone who does. We report real numbers monthly and target systems worth at least 3x their monthly cost to your business.

Do you replace our front desk?

No. We help your team capture more opportunities and reduce repetitive work. The system supports your staff, handles routine follow-up, and gives your team more visibility.

Do you offer custom builds?

Yes. Complex systems, custom integrations, HIPAA-sensitive workflows, multi-location routing, and advanced dashboards are priced separately with a setup/build fee.
